  • Both of our properties are prepared for your arrival with freshly made beds, bed and bath linens, starter paper products, and coffee for your first morning. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys are also available for your use during your stay.

    Just bring your personal essentials, bathing suit and beach towel and settle-in. We've taken care of many of the extras.

  • Yes. You can check current availability and reserve directly through our website.

  • At Ocean Currents, check-in is at 2 PM and at The Salty Mermaid, check-in is at 4 PM. Checkout is at 10 AM for both properties.

  • Parking is available for both properties. Property-specific parking details are provided before arrival.

  • Yes. Families are welcome at both properties.

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • For direct bookings with Palmetto & Birch, cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in receive a full refund, less a 10% processing fee. Cancellations made 30 days or fewer before check-in are nonrefundable.

    For reservations made through another booking platform, the cancellation policy shown on your reservation applies.

  • We send check-in instructions and property details before arrival so you have everything you need for a smooth stay.
